      Avantages

      Les familles qui ont rejeté le système scolaire public pour diverses raisons partageront avec vous des histoires incroyables détaillant les épreuves et les triomphes de leurs enfants. SD est un employeur solidaire, intègre et aux aspirations élevées.

      Inconvénients

      Le travail en lui-même peut être fastidieux, car il faut constamment revoir les résultats d'apprentissage provinciaux pour les faire correspondre à ce que font les enfants.

      Avantages

      SelfDesign is doing cutting edge work in the education space. No other organization understands how humans learn like SelfDesign. The organization is distributed so you can work from home. People are genuinely caring and are working at SelfDesign because they believe in the mission.

      Inconvénients

      It is experiencing growing pains. Communication systems are insufficient. Sometimes you feel isolated and don't know how your work fits with the whole.
