      Leadership is great! Work culture is the best! Great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is below average but the culture is worth taking lower pay. As someone that left for more money, I regret that decision now. Money is not always worth what you are giving up in a company.

      Avantages

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
