      Avantages

      Technology is top of the line, personal growth, fast paced environment, the people who work here are very intelligent. Work time is flexible.

      Inconvénients

      No leadership! Everyone is so worried about saving their own butt. A very negative environment, only told what you are doing wrong and no direction is given. Never get raises, no benefits. Managers lack people skills. No sense of direction and lack of communication by management.

      A place where you can learn on the job.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is abysmal. No raises to be seen in years for the entire company. Forget bout promotions. The only way to get a promotion is if someone above you leaves the job. Executive management runs at their own speed which is way too slow.
