Avantages

- Coworkers are amazing. Lots of warm, friendly people. - Supportive management. Hard work is seen and rewarded. - Cool toys to play with. - Relaxed pace most of the time. Truly busy periods are infrequent enough that they are fun and exciting. - Excellent work-life balance; you're in the office for 40 hours a week, and then you go home. - Good job security. Don't have to worry about getting laid off because some shareholders wanted to pad their profit margins. - Make friends with people and you'll do well here.

Inconvénients

- Pay is decent, not great. Stability and work environment make that 100% worth it IMO. - Not the most organized operation. Given its quick growth, departments sometimes get along awkwardly. - While full-time employees enjoy great job security, it seems co-ops are more often let go of, and even if they do well they don't always have jobs lined up for them.

Avantages

Good insurance. 5% 401k match. 7% of your gross goes in your 401k via profit share. Good amount of PTO. A lot of the people. Climate controlled. Clean environment.

Inconvénients

Hourly pay too low to deal with their BS. Too much OT after promising none. Haven’t seen the plant manager in literally years. Production floor manager is full of it and plays favorites to the extreme. Unless you’re part of the clique, you’ll get nowhere. Instead of raises, we got board games for the break room. The restaurant in the building is gross and a joke. They preach that they’re “like a family”, but only because they want you working there for cheap. Should’ve never taken 12’s away just to mandate 10-20 hours of OT per week. No real recognition or appreciation ever.
