      Inconvénients

      As with any rapidly growing company, there are bound to be some growing pains as we continue to learn and evolve. These challenges are primarily related to scaling operations and optimizing processes. However, they are "good problems" to have, and the company is actively addressing them.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
