Avantages
Its a good place to work with little to no skills, you can advance without a degree and you meet interesting people.
Inconvénients
Typical retail environment. Overworked, underpaid for the amount of work. Corporate employees have very little knowledge of what goes on at the storefronts, yet dictate how you should work with minimal support. Store directors are hits and misses. Some understand trends and needs of business, most "old-school" directors only have bonuses on their minds and will try to achieve it at the expense of employees.
