      Avantages

      - good coworkers - lots of breaks for 8 hr shift (two 15s, one 30) - wage increases by how much you work

      Inconvénients

      - short staffed sometimes - have to be alone in late shift - union fees deduction in pay

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
