      - Local management tries to keep positive attitude. -

      Inconvénients

      - Regional managers are on power trips. - Do not keep their end of the deal when it comes to bonus pay, pay late if they ever pay. - No regards for Family/ Work Balance change schedule and Promised Paid Holidays with no regards to you or your family. - Very unorganized when it comes to policy and procedure. Change procedures at least once a week. - Upper management out of touch when it comes to daily operations. - No official training on policy and procedure.
