My experience joining Spectraforce has been smooth and well-organized. The HR and leadership teams made a genuine effort to help me settle in and understand the company culture. The people here are approachable, open to ideas, and willing to share knowledge, which has been a big plus early on.
Even in the short time I've been here, I can see potential for internal growth and professional development.

Like any new organization, there’s a bit of a learning curve to understand internal processes and systems, but support is available when needed.

My experience as a Spectraforce contract employee has been extremely positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and ongoing support has been consistent and reliable. Brianna Cannici, the Client Executive supporting my engagement, has been outstanding. She played a key role in helping me get started with my employer and has done an excellent job managing the contractor–employer relationship. She is highly effective at mediating issues, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining clear communication. Her monthly check-ins and proactive involvement make a significant difference and provide a strong sense of support as a contractor.

High staff turnover. I constantly had new people to where I never really knew who I was supposed to go to with questions or concerns.
Zero effort to place me in another position when contract ended.
