Pretty good insurance coverage plan.
Inconvénients
Easily the worst job I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Micromanaging is an understatement when it comes to the owner. Low compensation and high expectations. Lots of politics and a toxic working environment.
La direction / propriétaire est très compétente et forme et habilite les employés à engager des discussions et à trouver des solutions aux problèmes. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent endroit pour travailler et grandir.
Inconvénients
manque de gestion intermédiaire - le propriétaire est beaucoup trop actif :-)
