      Avantages

      The field technicians for the most part is highly knowledgeable.

      Inconvénients

      Majority of the project managers are clueless and the ones that do have a clue leave because Signet is unwilling to pay more. Health insurance is awful. Upper management does not care about the guys in the field. Majority of the field techs have begun looking for new work because Pavion has made it a negative place to work.

      - Willingness to get employees the training and certifications they desire to get. - Job type variety - Employee support from most office departments

      Inconvénients

      - Severe lack of accountability of some office staff - Travel time can be rough sometimes.
