      Low pay , a lot gossip , higher ups don’t care about you and are money hungry, also high ups don’t really care about the clients , don’t work here

      We appreciate your feedback and service to our organization over many years. We value both our clients and team members. We aim to foster a supportive work environment. SERV offers excellent benefits, and our wages reflect industry and regional standards. SERV also recently made significant adjustments to staff salaries.       Avantages

      Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
