      Avantages

      I've been with SCRAM Systems for over 6 months, and it has truly been such an amazing experience. The team and moral are so wonderful, and the support we receive from management is like none I've ever experienced. I absolutely love that I am able to work from home and still the amount of support and guidance I am able to receive even though we are not face to face. I love love love working with SCRAM Systems.

      Inconvénients

      The only downside I can think of is not being able to meet everyone I work with Face to face, but again, can't really beat working from home.

      Avantages

      I have loved everything about working for Scram Systems. I have grown professionally and work with a lot of really talented and great people. Leadership at this company is top notch and they some of the most down to earth people, which is refreshing.

      Inconvénients

      We can run lean, which makes operating at peak times a bit of a challenge.

      I recently started my career with SCRAM and it has been such a positive experience so far. From day one, the onboarding process was organized and welcoming. HR and my team made sure I had everything I needed to succeed. The work we do is meaningful and impactful, and it feels good to be part of a company that makes a real difference in people’s lives. The culture is professional yet supportive, and everyone I have met has been approachable and helpful. I feel encouraged to ask questions, learn, and grow, which makes a huge difference as a new hire. I am excited to keep building my career here. Pros: Supportive team and leadership Smooth onboarding and training Positive mission driven company culture Opportunities to learn and grow

      Inconvénients

      Cons: Still getting fully comfortable with all the systems but support is always available
