Avantages
Everyone I have met here has been very friendly from the start. This job is my first job after graduating college and I was a little nervous to start something new, but everyone here on my team and even others that sit around me are always willing to guide me through things when I need help. As it was also my first time enrolling in benefits, the HR and Payroll team were very helpful getting me set up in the system and showing me all my benefit options (health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO). The office itself is a nice environment to work in, there are also free catered lunches every afternoon and plenty of snacks in the kitchens. If you love dogs - it is also a dog friendly office which is a nice morale boost during the workday.
Inconvénients
There is a slightly longer interview process here than I've experienced before, which isn't necessarily negative, but it is something to keep in mind as an applicant.
