Company is growing, but the C-Staff are incompetent. Due to nepotism, the CEO is blind to all the politics and lack of experience of his direct staff. They do not know how to run a company that is growing rapidly. Politics also runs wild here due to lack of diversity and "the family" running the business. Culture is absolutely horrible.
