      Alot of politics As the company keeps growing, they dont seem to want to get bigger equipment because there making due with what they have.

      Great people good pay only work Monday to Friday. I enjoyed going to work every day.

      The days are long but but thats just because summer is prime time for paving

      some older equipment could be good or bad but lots of hours
