      Avantages

      CEO is forward looking and really listens to the employees. He's very good at raising money to allow the company to focus on quality for the products. There is a very collaborative culture at the company with top talent.

      Inconvénients

      Trying to pave a new direction for digital entertainment with the Free-To-Play business model can be tough - there are a lot of experiments that need to happen. Be aware that this is an exciting but nerve wracking part of working at a leading gaming startup.

      Coworkers were talented and supportive. Gacha games were really fun

      Great team as said above Collaborative Upward mobility was possible but mostly in title only

      Inconvénients

      Pay was fairly low Unsatisfactory employees were not quickly fired
