      Avantages

      Smaller warehouse with around 70-100 employees, both temporary and RugsUSA employees. Have a lot of autonomy with decision making and process improvements. Good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Temp to hire approach with recruitment/talent acquisition does limit finding the right candidates for the right roles. Tend to be on the low side with compensation at the supervisor level.

      I worked on a pretty positive and supportive team, which I think made my experience better than most. Really depends on who your boss is

      Pretty low pay for the years of experience needed; Not the best upper leadership
