      Avantages

      - It is the largest fashion retail business in Nigeria - A good number of young , bright minds, amazing people to work with .

      Inconvénients

      - No organizational structure - business owner is verbally, emotionally and physically abusive - the environment is repressive - managers are not allowed to own their processes as every tiny aspect of their work is micro managed by the owner of the business
