      Avantages

      This is a remote internship and you will have complete freedom to organise your time. The only commitment is to attend daily meetings to receive feedback on your work. The CEO, project managers, and the whole team are extremely kind, helpful, and understanding and the main idea is that each person can grow in a supportive environment. Everyone is nice and friendly and you get the chance to experiment, to show yourself, to release your full potential and ideas. You can work collaboratively or alone, but the team is so nice that you always want to work with others because you feel welcome and supported.

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons. Even if you need to miss the daily meetings it will not be a problem

      Avantages

      I gained hands-on experience with real client projects, learned new marketing tools, and worked with a supportive and collaborative team.

      Inconvénients

      Workload could get intense during deadlines, and more structured training for interns would have been helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be heavy during busy periods. Priorities occasionally shift quickly due to client needs. Processes are still being refined as the company grows. Small team means everyone wears multiple hats. Some projects require significant coordination across departments.
