      Workload can be heavy during busy periods. Priorities occasionally shift quickly due to client needs. Processes are still being refined as the company grows. Small team means everyone wears multiple hats. Some projects require significant coordination across departments.

      I gained hands-on experience with real client projects, learned new marketing tools, and worked with a supportive and collaborative team.

      Inconvénients

      Workload could get intense during deadlines, and more structured training for interns would have been helpful.

      Avantages

      Super fun internship! I learned a lot about researching market trends for clients and designing instagram posts. Rajiv is a a great mentor and leader!
