      Avantages

      I love working at Rover! There are so many great pros: the people, the dogs, the work, it's all great. We've got neat dog perks as well, such as comp days for rover dog sitting.

      Inconvénients

      Transportation support would be nice.

      Avantages

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Inconvénients

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
