      Inconvénients

      PTO (medical + vacation) time is lumped together, pay is a bit low, dental insurance could be better, no 410K matching...typical startup growing pains

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Inconvénients

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
