      Avantages

      -Overall I had a fairly good experience at Routable. The sales team is full of rockstars with huge potential. -Strong base pay, great insurance, and plenty of time off. -The product is pacing nicely to be a great option for NetSuite users.

      Inconvénients

      -The quota and incentive structure really need some work. They appear to get larger every quarter, but with no reps hitting the goals. -Unfortunately, the sales leadership team was considerably downsized in Q2 of 2023. The sales department is now run by the CEO and all AEs report to him.

      Awesome team, great culture. Love that you dont have to check your opinions and best practices at the door.

      Inconvénients

      Not really a con, it takes the right kinda candidate to work at any startup.
