If you're good at sales, you will do decent. There's 5% commission but it doesn't go up. Little room to move up. It's not worth it.
Inconvénients
Whiny grown men. Rude coworkers in general. Managers that don't know what they're doing or don't care. Employees are not valued. Hostile work environment. The insurance for a family will cost you about $600 a month. Stupid people are the most valued as well as the ones who are mean. The benefits are way too expensive and you'll be working double shifts all the time and won't even be making enough to compensate for seeing the family you can't even afford insurance for. I work four ten hour shifts a week. I always close and that's at 8. Work/life balance?? No. Better go to work. Senior management doesn't care or value you. Not unless you're a friend and have worked with them before lol. Jay is trying hard and I can see that but the problem is that he's pretty much stuck with a bunch of these people because I guess they think they're untouchable. Who knows. The culture is hostile and there are no values. Everything is really crappy. This is the honest truth. Don't work here if you value yourself and your sanity because you will encounter the lowest of people here and they will just chew you up and spit you out into the Rothman Spittoon.
