      Avantages

      Great, friendly team and everyone is switched on. The manager is supportive, and the product has huge potential with strong investment behind it. The holiday perks are solid, the salary is competitive, and they have invested in my training - lots of pros!

      Inconvénients

      Company can't control this but the markets tough for the charity sector atm and that can be tough when it comes to sales.

      Avantages

      I joined Rosterfy about a year ago. I’ve learnt a lot from the leadership team. I particularly enjoy working with some great customers who enjoy the product I enjoy working with the entire team, nice people and some very talented software engineers.

      Inconvénients

      The business is growing, and quickly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but that’s part of growing I suppose.

      - Amazing co founders who really care - great collaborative culture throughout the business - The best customers who run amazing volunteer programmes - powerful product which can make a huge difference & has a compelling ROI - plenty of opportunities to give back through volunteering

      Inconvénients

      - regional timezones can sometimes delay decision making - no other cons, all round terrific company to work for
