      Rosterfy has a great mission and works with amazing customers. We are growing quickly and have a lot of ambitious initiatives that are exciting.

      Some teething pains with an expanding team across multiple timezones.

      Avantages

      I joined Rosterfy about a year ago. I’ve learnt a lot from the leadership team. I particularly enjoy working with some great customers who enjoy the product I enjoy working with the entire team, nice people and some very talented software engineers.

      Inconvénients

      The business is growing, and quickly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but that’s part of growing I suppose.

      Avantages

      Great onboarding experience with my manager and a very welcoming team! Feel super connected to our mission and have already had the opportunity to meet some of our external network of charities and NFP's. Very inspired by the growth of the company and excited for the future.

      Inconvénients

      None so far, very grateful for the support I've received so far. Love the fast pace.
