      Avantages

      All employees across all departments of the company are incredibly friendly. Shared equal yearly bonuses. Easy to get into direct contact with superiors. Relaxed working environment making it easier to do the job.

      Inconvénients

      Some employees are taken advantage of. On occasion the relaxed atmosphere means some jokes walked the line of professionalism. Salaries could be fairer in certain departments.
