      Generally nice people but titles are inflated and management has no experience

      Inconvénients

      Feels like a sorority. You won’t learn anything here as they run the business like a sorority. Nobody has any industry experience and how a real company operates. Vendors were never paid on time and you wondered if the company was going under.

      Great discount, access to sample sales, nice environment to work in.

      Poor management made it tough, corporate could check in on the store environment more.
