      Avantages

      Started as a fresher with Tech-Active and worked here for 18 months. Definitely one of the best companies to start your career with. You get a lot of learning and experience which you dont find even in big companies at start of career. I recommend all freshers and developers with less than 2 years of experience to not miss an opportunity incase you get a job here and spend 12-18 months with the company. All peers are motivated and good place to gain a lot of knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Work is stressful and back to back projects. Working on saturdays

      Avantages

      1. As a fresher, you can acquire new skills and valuable knowledge. 2. Teammates, Tech Leads, and Team Managers are very helpful, supportive, and friendly. If you are seeking these positive attributes, I definitely recommend joining this organization.

      Inconvénients

      1. First and Third Saturdays are considered half days working. 2. Knowing Kannada language is favored by HR and senior management. If you are not able to speak or understand local language, you may experience biased treatment in various aspects. Even though I am from Karnataka, I consider this as a biggest cons based on the experience of my colleagues from Tamil Nadu, Andhra, or North India, who have encountered challenges due to this language preference.
