      Avantages

      The people at Rodeo Austin are the best part about the job. Employees, volunteers, and board members make it a fun place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Crazy schedule January until the end of March. It's an event business, so that comes with the territory. Management tends to want to hold onto all decision making power, so you have little to no influence.

      They really are all about the mission. They support you and want to help you understand.
