      Learned a lot. People are really friendly and open to help out.

      Inconvénients

      Organization is kinda iffy. Meetings had lots of unrelated people, or had the important people missing.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
