      Avantages

      Incline towards latest technologies like Kubernetes , Docker and Edge computing. Pune Center has maximum Ownership and opportunities. Pays good as per the skill set. Flexible timing. Products are very stable and have good capital. Awesome infrastructure and facilities at work place. Very intellectual crowd.

      Inconvénients

      Teams are small size, most of the product ownership is shared between three to four people.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
