Where do i even start. The company really tries to sell you this "culture" (in surveys who dares to say it's bad?). It's always being brought up yet I haven't seen any actual culture.
1) extremely underpaid relative to industry. I left the company and do similar work at another firm for nearly 30% more total comp... similar situation for many others that I know of. And around the same workload?
2) office politics. I know a few people that left the firm is due to subtle politics that are swept under the blanket in-between different departments.
3) growing pain. Everything seems to run so slow these days, so different even comparing to a year ago. RCM relentlessly sells this "efficiency" while you see manual excel work throughout the firm.
4) they don't invest in employees. No sub-MD equity participation. Low effort holiday parties. Limited snacks at office. No perks. Bad insurance. Low total comp. No team building events. No fun in office.
