6yThank you for the feedback. I am disappointed that we failed to create an environment where you could thrive. I do dispute your comment that "long term employees are incredibly stressed and unhappy" - not sure where that is coming from, perhaps those folks have been at Rivi "long term" because they are invested in our Vision and Purpose - I prefer to let people speak for themselves rather one individual making broad sweeping statements on their behalf, I find that irresponsible. Also, your comment about "high turnover" is inaccurate and not based in any fact - there are a lot of your former teammates who are working hard to build a great company, untruths like this are even more irresponsible than speaking on their behalf about their "happiness" As I have said in previous comments, we do have a competitive culture and expect the very best from our team - we don't apologize for that. Accountability is part of our culture also - not everyone can hold themselves to that standard, perform at a high level, and be a great teammate - and if they cannot, Riviera probably isn't a great fit. It takes a certain level of maturity. Wish you the best in your future endeavors.
