      Avantages

      I have been with Rivian Tustin, CA for 4 years and really love to work here. Work on advance hi-tech stuff everyday to have good impact on clean air for future generation. Company policy and leadership team always provide opportunity for employee to advance their career.

      Avantages

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
