      Avantages

      I get to work with highly competent co-workers on interesting projects, and we are always using bleeding edge technologies. Also have flex time, and ability to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Many customer projects require lots of multi-tasking. Some customers can be difficult, changing requirements often. Code deployments to production on weekends required for some projects.

      Avantages

      This is a good place to explore and try out new technology to help the content-management focus of Rivetlogic. If you have a good rationale for something, tell Sumer about it and get a meeting with interested peers.

      Inconvénients

      The culture seemed to have a malaise last year. The organization seemed less organized & positive last year (2014). Maybe that has changed in the last year.
