      Hands off management who let's you do your job. If you needed something, you could always reach out, but they let you do the job.

      Inconvénients

      I would say, that once you are in a position, there is not much room for advancement in this company.

      Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

      Inconvénients

      Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
