Avantages

I was able to work on some interesting projects with real impact, and gained a new appreciation for the power of the .NET tech stack.

Inconvénients

The internal culture was absurdly dysfunctional, and incentivized project managers to treat employees as interchangable cogs between projects. I was told that the standard in my business unit was 'You can only bill 40 hours to the customer, but expect 60-80 hour weeks.'

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Inconvénients

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
