Avantages
- You get daily credits. I never had to worry about packing lunch. - You are constantly surrounded by an amazing group of talented and kind people. Everyone is always willing to help one another learn and grow. - The satisfaction of helping partners succeed and building that relationship is very fulfilling- it's what kept me going every day - Great company culture. It's a young company and most people are very chill and down to earth. At the end of the day, we all feel like family. You'll definitely make at least 1 very good friend.
Inconvénients
- You may end up wearing MANY hats in one role. This can be a good thing since it can really help you get out of your comfort zone and grow (which it did), but then it's hard to recognize what your actual role is. - Work-life balance is really hard to maintain, and it can definitely take a toll on you especially during major promotions - Higher-ups need to be more transparent with their employees. If change is going to happen in their roles, then talk to them directly. Don't decide behind them and then guide them somewhere else.
