Management doesn't know what they want. Too many decision maker and none seems to be interested in working for the right purpose. Meetings are full of arguments and are not productive. All day you are in meeting and manager cannot make up their mind. Their product line is so vast they don't know how to handle it. Internal softwares and processes are a mess and nothing is in order, they don't want your feedback but argue all day on one tiny process. for several weeks they could not agree to the login page, so you can imagine. Internal staff are very frustrated with their processes and slow decision making.
