      Avantages

      I initially agreed greatly with their dogma of wanting the best for the client. Some people are the best to work with

      Inconvénients

      They gave very little training. Everyone came from the same place and are very clique like. They changed their process while I was there to be very money oriented. We would often "fudge" or "adjust" numbers to make us look better. Some things were left out if we looked bad. No one was ever excited for work. No work life balance. Multiple occasions I had meetings at 7 or 8pm on Fridays or late Sundays due to poor time management. There was openly anti LGBT language. Bringing it up did nothing.

      Avantages

      Outside of leadership in my department, this was THE best company/job/people/corporate culture I had ever worked in. Decision to resign was a tough one-but so much happier now that I don't work for that person; but miss the company & the people. Still in touch with many of them - had no idea how many of them also had issues with my supervisor.

      Inconvénients

      President not in touch with critical employee issues including retention issues going on because HR shielded him from this. President also made extremely negative comments to me about another business also owned by the same PE company - very unprofessional/crushed my motivation, when we were all on the same team.
