- awesome co-workers - work flexibility - hybrid - lots of room to contribute ideas for improvement - learning a lot every day and no day is boring
Inconvénients
- some employees lack accountability - management gets wrapped up in day-to-day they often forget to communicate where they see their employees growth in the company going(employee reviews are minimal/non-existent)
