Maybe you get 1-2 months to turn things around -As an SDR you are an hourly employee, but it's highly unlikely you'll reach quota working 40 hours a week. And, there's no overtime pay. -If you're weighing another job offer, consider if you really want to sell HR technology. You could end up damaging your career if you don't make it here.

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
