company grows so fast because of the nature of the project. Not enough time to form a strong culture.

International experience, multicultural environment, a "must-do-no-matter-what" environment, "will-over-the-skill" general attitude.

Inconvénients

I am not sure I would be able to list any cons (except the occasional high anxiety that comes with the job description).

The global reach of the job. The social impact of it in the city and the fun it is to be part of this project.

Inconvénients

Short term job. Company that will last up to 2017 and the wrong correlation that people do with the public actions.
