Some students select the 'free talking' lesson but then upload writing material that they want to edit, so then I have to do a feedback report on their writing.
The acceptance rate has to drop below 95% to lose a star but if you only have a couple lesson requests and reject one of them, your acceptance rate can drop dramatically. The consequence for rejecting a lesson is not proportionate and is too extreme to saying no to a lesson. Additionally, I've had weeks where I open tons of time slots and no one signs up and weeks when they all get filled. It would be nice if there were a feature where I could open many time slots and set a cap for the number of lessons that get requested before automatically closing my schedule once I reach that number. I also think tutors should not lose promotion points for missing a lesson because a strike is detrimental enough. I also wish I could see the student view/perspective and rate a student or mark somewhere if I did not enjoy the lesson that is not as extreme as reporting. Also, 200 words rather than 250 words for the 40 minute feedback form would save a lot of time.
