      Nepotism. Brown nosing upper management to keep jobs as the leadership churns every 6 months. No flexibility in peocess. Micro-management. Bottle knecks. Red tape when there doesn’t need to be red tape.

      For the most part, the people are nice.

      Inconvénients

      Nepotistic culture. Constant fire drills and changing direction. Lack of processes to enable more streamlined output. Expected to work long hours and weekends. Time off frowned upon.
