      Avantages

      Conveniently located restaurants. Cold Beer, Soda. Easy to get a job with them, low standards for hiring employees that aren't trained properly for the positions they're hired for.

      Inconvénients

      Employees are not treated with any respect. Overworked (managers work 50-60 hrs/wk, paid for 40 hrs). Hourly employees work off the clock without pay to keep labor costs down. Food - Low Quality, High Prices.

      Great Opportunities to Grow and Learn a lot of work ethics and build relationships with various vendors and company area coaches. As well build good relationships with important Customers that help business Growth increase.

      Inconvénients

      Many improvements is always required while the years past and the company needs become different due to technology advances and customer preferences.
