      Avantages

      Laid back and casual environment for a law firm. Good work life balance. They are understanding when real life issues arise. Lots of opportunities to learn and train as there is always work to be done

      Inconvénients

      There is some favouritism and rules are not applied consistently. Assistants are overworked, sometimes supporting up to 3 professionals at a time. When someone leaves, work just gets spread around - support staff are overworked and underpaid.
