      Not good enough systems, lack of consistent support, no bonuses, lack of concern, no follow through, low pay for the job, terrible benefits no 401K

      Can't think of any pros

      Inconvénients

      They don't pay their vendors. String you along on unpaid invoices til they sell the building and vanish. Probably not financially stable. Be aware before putting a loved one in their facilities
